Some of the least healthy meals you will ever eat are those you have ordered in a restaurant. Ingredients like fat, sugar and salt are what bring taste to a dish, and restaurant chefs know it. That's why restaurant food is typically loaded with calories and fat. I am a professional nutritionist, and my job is to help people stop and learn about what they are putting into their bodies. My clients often ask me what to do in the case of restaurants, where they may not even know what they are eating. I believe that restaurants should be required to publish nutritional information on their menus. This blog will explain why.
