Some of the least healthy meals you will ever eat are those you have ordered in a restaurant. Ingredients like fat, sugar and salt are what bring taste to a dish, and restaurant chefs know it. That's why restaurant food is typically loaded with calories and fat. I am a professional nutritionist, and my job is to help people stop and learn about what they are putting into their bodies.
